1. General These terms and conditions apply to all repair services provided by Good As New Computer Repair Specialists ("we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("you"). By booking a repair or submitting a device to our workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. No Fix, No Fee Policy
Good As New Computer Repair Specialists operates a "No Fix, No Fee" policy on most standard hardware repairs.
If we cannot diagnose the fault or the repair is deemed impossible, you will not be charged.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to liquid damage recovery or cases where a repair is possible but the customer chooses not to proceed after a diagnosis. In such instances, a diagnostic fee may apply.
3. Data Loss Disclaimer
While Good As New Computer Repair Specialists takes every precaution to protect your data, the repair process carries inherent risks.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to back up all personal data, software, and photos before the repair.
We shall not be held liable for any loss of data, settings, or software during the service.
4. Repair Warranty

6. Collection and Abandoned Devices
Once a repair is complete, you will be notified for collection.
Any device left with Good As New Computer Repair Specialists for more than 60 days without communication or payment will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or sold to recover costs.
7. Payments
Payment is required in full upon completion of the repair and prior to the release of the device.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards.

Repairs: All hardware repairs are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of service.
PC Sales: All refurbished or custom-built PCs sold by us include a 6-month hardware warranty.
What is covered: This warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the labour associated with the original fault.
2. Refund Eligibility
Failed Parts: We offer a full refund or replacement on any parts supplied by us that are found to be faulty or have failed within the 6-month warranty period.
Software & Programs: Refunds or no-cost re-installations are available if a program or operating system configuration we installed fails to function as intended due to a technical error on our part.
3. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT covered)
We do not offer refunds or warranty coverage for:
Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by the customer during use, including but not limited to liquid spills, drops, cracked screens, or physical impact.
Misuse: Damage caused by power surges, overclocking, or using the device outside of its intended operating parameters.
Third-Party Intervention: The warranty is immediately void if the device is opened, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than Good As New Computer Repair Specialists.
Software Issues caused by user: We do not cover software failures caused by the subsequent installation of third-party malware, viruses, or accidental deletion of system files by the user.
4. Claims Process
To make a claim, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The device must be returned to our workshop for inspection.
If we confirm the part has failed due to a manufacturing defect or faulty installation, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
